The Firm's Practice of Law
The Kitto Law Firm's attorneys have successfully
performed multiple independent contracts with the Indian Health
Service (IHS) writing policy and reviewing procedures. The Firm
has been involved in the Annual Funding Agreement negotiations for
Tribes under their Self-Determination contracts. The Firm has structured
Program and Service expansion projects for Tribes in the areas of
Diabetes, Mental Health, Clinical and administrative services. Our
attorneys have served on the Tribal Management Grant selection Committee
for several years and have also been involved in the IHS Scholarship
and Loan Repayment process. Recently, we were instrumental in assisting
a Tribe receive a Joint Venture project through IHS.
